Below you will find some of the frequently asked questions we hear most often from our customers.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, our product is formulated strictly for coolant-related leaks at the head gasket. The only way to stop a pure oil leak is to physically replace the affected gasket.
If the current coolant is still fresh and clear, you can simply add the treatment. However, if it appears dirty or contaminated, you must flush the system first.
While it is compatible with standard antifreeze, we strongly suggest draining the system and running it with plain water during the treatment process for maximum efficiency. This step is completely mandatory if you are using long-life (OAT) antifreeze.
- Engine sizes up to 2.5L: 1 Bottle
- Engine sizes up to 4.0L: 2 Bottles
- Engine sizes above 4.0L: 3 Bottles
It will not fix broken hoses, water pumps, or massive block cracks that prevent the engine from starting. The formula relies on operating temperatures; if the vehicle cannot run, it won’t work. Furthermore, it cannot repair external oil leaks.
It works perfectly on any closed, water-cooled engine system, regardless of whether it runs on diesel or petrol. It has successfully repaired cars, vans, bikes, boats, and even heavy-duty machinery.
- Thick white smoke from the exhaust
- Milky substance (water mixing with oil)
- External leaks / core plug leaks
- Overheating
- Excessive backpressure (bubbling in the expansion tank)
Keep the bottle away from children and avoid getting it on your skin or in your eyes. If contact occurs, wash thoroughly with cold water. Wearing gloves is highly advised. Never open a hot radiator cap, especially if there’s backpressure in the system, as boiling coolant can cause severe burns. If ingested, seek medical help immediately without inducing vomiting.
Many alternative products on the market rely on fibrous fillers which eventually break down. Before using our solution, you must flush your cooling system completely with plain water (do NOT use chemical flush agents).
The seal created is permanent under regular driving conditions. However, natural wear and tear means a completely new leak could theoretically develop elsewhere in the engine over time.
No. As you can see through the bottle, it is a 100% clear liquid without any fibers, metallic particles, or fillers that could potentially block your cooling passages.
Once the engine warms up, the liquid circulates through the block. It hones in on the damaged area and uses a thermo-chemical reaction to bond the crack shut—acting very much like a liquid epoxy resin!
It absolutely works. While no chemical sealer has a 100% success rate (some cracks are just too severe), this treatment boasts the highest documented success rate in the industry for blown head gaskets.
It is a proprietary blend of advanced chemicals that, when subjected to the precise heat and pressure of an operating engine, harden into a permanent seal that is literally as strong as steel.
