You may return your order, or part of it, and request a replacement within 90 business days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be in its original condition and factory packaging.
- Be complete, without any damage.
- Not have been used or opened.
- Be accompanied by all relevant purchasing documents (receipt or invoice).
If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered or is defective upon arrival (e.g., a broken bottle), the return shipping costs will be fully covered by steelseal.cy. Otherwise, all return shipping costs (due to a change of mind) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation You may request to cancel your order by contacting our Order Department via phone or email using the details above. Order cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The withdrawal request must be submitted electronically (via email). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned products at our facilities. Refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account or the original credit/debit card used for the transaction. Any bank charges or wire transfer fees are borne solely by the customer.
Customer Liability & Exceptions The customer is liable to compensate the Company if the product has been opened or used beyond what is strictly necessary to inspect its external condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply once the product packaging has been opened or the product has been used. Furthermore, no money-back guarantee is offered solely because the customer did not achieve the desired repair results, as successful application depends on the extent of the engine’s pre-existing mechanical damage.
